Mr. Roberts joined the Company in February of 2016. Mr. Roberts is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company as well as its day-to-day operations. His career spans over 30 years with leading consumer and commercial products companies. Prior to becoming the Company’s CEO, Mr. Roberts served as CEO of The Chamberlain Group, a leading provider of access control solutions serving industrial, commercial, automotive and consumer markets worldwide with approximately 4,500 employees. During his tenure, he drove significant new product development and brand building initiatives as well as delivering improvements in working capital, productivity, quality and safety. He held several senior executive positions at Newell Brands, including leading its IRWIN Tools & Hardware segment. Previously, Mr. Roberts was President of Worldwide Hand Tools and Hardware at The Stanley Works. Prior to that, he spent 19 years at Black & Decker including serving as President of Worldwide Accessories. Mr. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Delaware.
Mr. Bartels is the Managing Member of Redan Advisors LLC, a firm that provides fiduciary services, including board of director representation and strategic planning advisory services for domestic and international public and private business entities. Prior to founding Redan Advisors LLC, Mr. Bartels served as a senior investor in complex financial restructurings and process-intensive situations in North America, Asia and Europe, and in a broad universe of industries. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and served as a Managing Principal at Monarch Alternative Capital LP, a private investment firm that focused primarily on event-driven credit opportunities, from 2002 to December 2018. Prior to Monarch, he served as Research Analyst for high yield investments at INVESCO, where he analyzed primary and secondary debt offerings of companies in various industries. Mr. Bartels began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where he was a Certified Public Accountant. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Bartels received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Bucknell University.
Mr. Raff is a seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership experience in global sales, marketing, and general management. He most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and CMO for Stanley Tools & Outdoor, following prior roles as Global President of Stanley Security and Stanley Automatic Doors. Throughout his career, he has led major business transformations, integrated acquisitions, and driven significant growth across multiple divisions. Raff holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Mr. Gladstone joined TPG Angelo Gordon in 2020 and is a Partner and co-Head of CSF Research in the TPG AG Credit Solutions Group. Prior to joining TPG Angelo Gordon, Jake spent over seven years as a member of the distressed and special situations team at GSO Capital Partners. Previously, he was a member of the credit strategy team at The Royal Bank of Scotland. Jake received a B.A. degree in Business & Public Policy from Franklin & Marshall College.
Mr. Trnka-Amrhein joined American Industrial Partners as a Partner in 2022. Mr. Trnka-Amrhein most recently served as an Executive Director in the Liquid Credit & Special Situations group at FS Investments, where he worked on a variety of investments ranging from public distressed debt, event driven and special situations, private credit, and structured asset backed opportunities. Prior to that, he worked as a Credit Analyst at Black Diamond Capital management, investing in both performing and distressed opportunities in the industrial and energy sectors. He began his career in the High Yield research group at Barclays Capital. Mr. Trnka-Amrhein graduated from Duke University with a BA in Sociology.
Mr. Fialkovsky is a Managing Director on the US Research team at King Street. He is based in New York. Prior to joining King Street in 2011, Eugene was an Associate at Latham & Watkins and worked as a secondee at Credit Suisse. Eugene received a B.S. in Business Management from Stony Brook University and a J.D. magna cum laude from St. John's School of Law.
